Do not include unnecessary names, case numbers, documents, or confidential facts in an initial support request. Describe the problem at the minimum level needed to investigate it.

Report a public-data error

For a court, source, or jurisdiction error, use the correction page and identify the page, the suspected error, and the official source that supports the correction.
